After managing a busy $20 million medical clinic, he transitioned into property management, overseeing more than a dozen properties across Michigan. Jeff’s strength is finding practical ways to reduce expenses, maximize revenue, and position properties for long-term growth and value.

    PARTNER, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

    Danny brings over 30 years of hands-on contracting and commercial facilities maintenance experience to ArcTus. From offices to mixed-use and hospitality properties, he enjoys solving problems—whether fixing an issue himself or coordinating the right expert. He also holds the Building Operator Certification (BOC) from the Smart Buildings Center Education Program. Danny focuses on keeping every property in top condition, helping protect its value and ensure smooth, reliable operations.

With a background in IT, operations, and security management, he supports every part of the business—from on-site coordination and client communication to systems and process improvement.     Becky brings over 14 years of commercial bookkeeping experience and is a former business owner. She oversees rent collection, accounts payable, and budgeting with precision and care. Becky understands the importance of accurate financial management and transparent reporting. She ensures each property’s finances are handled with the same diligence and attention she brings to her own.
