From Friendship to Partnership

ArcTus, established in 2024, began with friendship, shared roots, and a vision for managing commercial properties with care and expertise. Danny and Jeff, friends and neighbors in Kalamazoo MI, both grew up in Arizona. Hence the ode to Arizona and Cactus in the name ArcTus.

Elmaddin joined the partnership after leasing a property from Jeff. Their mutual interests in technology, operations, problem-solving, and international travel quickly brought them together; the three soon formed ArcTus. Each partner brings expertise in their domains, creating a strategic team.
